About the Event
Featuring a carefully-curated collection of stunning homes, wander your way through charming beach bungalows, modern feats and eccentric abodes to see for yourself how the other half really lives. From cozy cottages to architectural wonders spanning across the north beaches, there's a little something for everyone on the 5th Annual Beaches Tour of Homes.
The 5th Annual Beaches Tour of Homes will be held on Saturday, November 5th from 9am to 5pm.
- GA Tickets are $30 for Home Tour admission
- VIP Tickets are $100 for Home Tour admission, golf cart guided tour, and VIP After Party
- VIP After Party includes food, beverages, and exclusive access to well known Beach residence. Catering by Liz, Pete's Bar, and Royal Palm are sponsoring this event
- Bike Tour and Shuttles will be available

Event check in will be available from 9am to 4:00pm on Saturday, November 5th at the following locations:
- Community Presbyterian Church parking lot (150 Sherry Dr, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233). A "hop on; hop off" shuttle will be provided from this location.
- The Courtyard at 200 First Street in Neptune Beach. A complimentary bike tour hosted by Jax Surf & Paddle will be leaving from this location at 9:30am and 1:00pm. Pls note this is a BYOB (bring your own bike) tour but rentals are available HERE
VIP check in will be available from 9:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday, November 5th at Atlantic Beach Country Club (1600 Selva Marina Dr, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233). Sips, snacks, and guided Golf Cart tour provided from this location.
At check-in, guests will receive a tour map and event passport which will be required for entry into the homes.
VIP After Party will be held at a private Atlantic Beach residence following the home tour from 6:30-9:30pm - food & beverages will be served.
