Founded in 2005 by Master Baptiste Teacher Mark White, MBody Yoga is Florida’s first Baptiste Power Yoga Affiliate Studio. With three locations, one in the Southside area of Jacksonville, one in St. Johns county and the third in nearby Neptune Beach —MBody Yoga opens up the practice to anyone looking for a challenge.
