The owners of the fine-dining spot Marker 32, Palm Valley Fish Camp and Julington Creek Fish Camp, Ben and Liza Groshell opened North Beach Fish Camp in Neptune Beach. Located on 1st Street, North Beach Fish Camp, is Palm Valley and Julington Creek’s sister restaurant, mirroring a creative menu, spectacular view, and inviting atmosphere. Just recently, the Groshells, along with Chris and Deanna Wooten, opened Safe Harbor Seafood Restaurant in Jacksonville Beach.
