PARKING

Public street parking:

• Updated Payment Options (12/2025): Parking payments will be accepted at the new kiosks or through a mobile pay option—no app download required. Note: The Flowbird App will no longer be used.

• Begins at 11am and is enforced until midnight, 7 days a week.

• $5.00 per hour

• $60.00 maximum daily rate (expires & resets at midnight)

• All parking violations are subject to a $60.00 fine

• Do NOT reverse into space.

• Ticketing is enforced.

Private pay-to-park lots:​

Valet:

• Available Monday-Friday from 4:00PM to 11:00PM, and Saturday/Sunday from 10:00AM to 11:00PM - between First and Second Street between Lemon Street and Atlantic Blvd. 

• Valet parking is $40 for area visitors and is complimentary for customers of the following businesses (ticket validation is required): Doro, Flying Iguana, Hawkers, Island Girl Cigar Bar, Mezza Luna, AB Kitchen, North Beach Fish Camp, Ragtime, Fig & Willow, Jax Surf & Paddle

Residents:

• Residents of Neptune and Atlantic Beaches may receive free parking daily by registering with the city. 

• Resident Permit Applications: Free resident permit applications will no longer be available through the current registration system after November 17, 2025. You can still register for free during this transitionary period by calling our parking office at 904-566-9410 or by email at parking@nbfl.us​

• Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach residents who have registered their vehicles are not required to use a Kiosk, Mobile Pay, or QR Codes to take advantage of their 4 free hours of parking for 3 years upon registration date.​

• All valid Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach resident permits will automatically transfer into the new vendor system and remain valid through December 2026

North Beaches Parking is managed by the City of Neptune Beach Police Department, which oversees parking enforcement in both Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach within the Beaches Town Center area. However, North Beaches Parking is not affiliated with the City of Atlantic Beach’s separate parking program for the 18th and 19th Street beach access parking locations. Atlantic Beach residents seeking information or wishing to register for parking at those locations must use the City of Atlantic Beach’s official resources:
