In the tradition of this Catalonian holiday, April 23 is a day to give someone you love a book - symbolizing culture and permanence -- and a rose - symbolizing nature and ephemerality.
On April 29th stop by The BookMark to celebrate Independent Bookstore Day! This is a one-day national party that takes place at indie bookstores across the country on the last Saturday in April. Stop by to show support for this small business and for prizes and fun conversation all day!
