From cozy cottages to architectural wonders spanning across the north beaches, there's a little something for everyone on the 5th Annual Beaches Tour of Homes.
The 5th Annual Beaches Tour of Homes will be held on Saturday, November 5th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm through Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach.

Event check in will be available from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm on Saturday, November 5th at the following locations:
Community Presbyterian Church parking lot (150 Sherry Dr, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233). A "hop on; hop off" shuttle will be provided from this location.
First Christian Church of the Beaches parking lot (2125 OceanFront, Neptune Beach, FL 32266). A "hop on; hop off" shuttle will be provided from this location.
The Courtyard at 200 First Street in Neptune Beach. A complimentary bike tour hosted by Jax Surf & Paddle will be leaving from this location (times TBD). Pls note this is a BYOB (bring your own bike) tour but rentals are available HERE
VIP check in will be available from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm on Saturday, November 5th at Atlantic Beach Country Club (1600 Selva Marina Dr, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233). Sips, snacks, and guided Golf Cart tour provided from this location.
At check-in, guests will receive a tour map and event passport which will be required for entry into the homes.
VIP After Party will be held at a private Atlantic Beach residence following the home tour from 6:30 pm to 9:30pm - food & beverages will be served.
