As a certified strength trainer with over 27 years experience, Grady Zapata is versed in all types of physical training from youth sports to senior fitness. He's passionately committed to helping others over achieve their personal fitness goals, while leading them towards a healthy lifestyle that will create the balance between Mind, Body & Spirit.

As a multi-sport athlete growing up, Zapata realized the importance of athletics for today’s youth. So while working with student athletes, he always emphasizes the importance of having a strong work ethic while also establishing a solid foundation of health and fitness.

As a life-long athlete, fitness is something that has been part of Zapata's life since a very early age. It is my Passion! He's committed to encourage, support, and challenges his clients to strive to be F.I.T. (Fully In Tune) for life!
